About the chart
Ratings are derived from the roaster’s own tasting notes (“light bodied, silky, high clarity and complexity”) rather than personal cupping. Light body and low bitterness reflect the roaster’s stated profile; sweetness, aftertaste and acidity reflect the fruit-forward character of the Ethiopian and Colombian components.
Producer notes
The Ethiopian component comes from Yednekachew Seleshi, a third-generation producer in the Hambella Wamena district of the Guji Zone, Oromia. The Colombian component comes from Nestor Lasso of Finca El Diviso in Huila — a farm associated with multiple World Brewers and World Barista Champion coffees since 2022.
