FODMAP — Modify
Use lactose-free yoghurt and gluten-free flour.
The yoghurt pot is the measuring cup — empty it, then use it to scoop everything else.
Ingredients
Cake
- 1 pot Greek yoghurt (125 g)
- 2 pots sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 pot oil (olive oil works)
- 3 pots plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
Bake
- Mix everything together in a bowl.
- Bake at 180 °C fan for 35 minutes (or 40–45 minutes for a loaf).
