FODMAP — Modify

Use lactose-free yoghurt and gluten-free flour.

The yoghurt pot is the measuring cup — empty it, then use it to scoop everything else.

Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 pot Greek yoghurt (125 g)
  • 2 pots sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pot oil (olive oil works)
  • 3 pots plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

Bake

  1. Mix everything together in a bowl.
  2. Bake at 180 °C fan for 35 minutes (or 40–45 minutes for a loaf).
