FODMAP — Modify

Use garlic-infused oil; check slaw dressing; limit avocado and mango.

Ingredients

Prawns

  • Cooked prawns
  • Garlic
  • Chilli flakes
  • Salt or stock
  • Lime

Fillings

  • Tortilla
  • Packet slaw
  • Avocado
  • Mango (if available)

Dressing

  • Lime juice
  • Kewpie

Method

Cook the prawns

  1. Medium heat. Sauté garlic, then toss in frozen prawns and chilli flakes. Simmer to reduce.
  2. When almost reduced, season with salt or stock and squeeze over lime juice.

Assemble

Build the taco with the cooked prawns and your chosen fillings.
