Ingredients
Prawns
- Cooked prawns
- Garlic
- Chilli flakes
- Salt or stock
- Lime
Fillings
- Tortilla
- Packet slaw
- Avocado
- Mango (if available)
Dressing
- Lime juice
- Kewpie
Method
Cook the prawns
- Medium heat. Sauté garlic, then toss in frozen prawns and chilli flakes. Simmer to reduce.
- When almost reduced, season with salt or stock and squeeze over lime juice.
Assemble
Build the taco with the cooked prawns and your chosen fillings.
