About the chart

Personal impressions, double espresso with oat milk. Darker roast brings body and richness forward, dials back acidity. Subtle sweetness coming through over multiple sessions — grew more enjoyable over time.

Producer notes

Single-origin Brazil from Walkers Farm, roasted to medium-dark at Red Mud Coffee Roasters in Maleny, QLD. Red Mud is a specialty roastery with Fair Trade certification. The darker roast subdues the origin character in favour of body and roast-forward notes (caramel, chocolate). Suits oat milk well.
